Lindi brings over 20 years of extensive business and sales experience to the board, underscored by her role as the founding member of the Thermo Fisher Scientific Phambili Trust. goals and objectives with efficiency and effectiveness.

Lindi is a passionate advocate for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education. She is dedicated to nurturing future leaders capable of delivering innovative global solutions. Her commitment to mentoring and promoting inclusive environments further underscores her leadership philosophy and unwavering commitment to excellence.

Academically, Lindi holds a Master of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, USA, and a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Biochemistry and a minor in Chemistry from Virginia Tech, USA. Her educational background complements her practical experience, providing a strong foundation in the scientific and technical domains.

Lindi is an experienced manager with consistent demonstrated abilities in capacity development, science, biotechnology, management, and leadership.
